Who we are
The Talent and Scale Co Ltd ("we", "us") is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales. Company number to follow. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. ICO registration number to follow.

What we collect and why

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Confirm before publishing, and again if analytics are added.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with organisations that help us run the business, and only as far as they need to. These are:
- our email and website form providers: names to confirm
- our website host: name to confirm
- our accountants, lawyers and insurers where needed: names to confirm
- approved associates from our network who work with us on a project, under confidentiality and data protection terms
If any of these providers handle your information outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by a lawful transfer mechanism. Confirm once providers are chosen.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, normally six years. We then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- restrict how we use it
- stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interests
- give you your information in a portable format

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
